More to Come.

I have negelected you poor blog.  For a while, I forgot you even existed.  Ok, not completely.  I still checked blogs, and still thought about things I wanted to say here.  But 2009 ended poorly, and 2010 came in with a bang and several life changes, and I just haven't taken the time to come back here.  I have a lot I want to say, posts I want to finish, some of them over a year old.

But today, I wanted to come back and apologize.  And to do a brief line-up of some of the things that are going on in my world, just so that I put it out there, thus making myself accountable to the entire WWW and blogosphere.  Because you can't have too much accountability ;)

In a post to be completed shortly {when the minutes are ticking by faster and faster, indicating my time to punch the work clock is about to be upon me}, I will explain how the year of 2010 became my Year of Discipline.  It's stangely complicated and beautifully simple all at once.  But until that time comes {and it WILL come, because that's part of my goal}, I wanted to leave a list of my goals for this year {in no specific order}:

1.  Be committed to reading my Bible EVERY DAY.
2.  Turn off the computer at a decent hour and go to bed.
3.  Make better food choices.
4.  Take control of my money overall.
5.  Pay off my car {aka the Thorn in my Side} by my birthday.
6.  Return e-mails, phone calls, text messages, tweets, etc. in a more timely manner.
7.  Take care of bills and other paperwork immediately.
8.  Workout - either at home with my equipment, or at the local gym.
9.  Read the books I've purchased over the past few years.
10.  Blog/journal/write more often.

I do have some progress to report on a few of these things!  It's been an exciting few weeks, and I'm looking forward to looking back and seeing how God grows me this year.  Come along for the ride, I'd love the company!
